Three lions on a shirt, ½lb on at weigh-in
Just a super-quick update this week. It’s been a teeny-weeny gain, but I’m not too despondent, especially as we’re in the midst of England doing rather well in a football tournament.
I’ve had some good losses of late and I’ve been doing this long enough to know that even the most diligent slimmers don’t lose every single week.
My week
- Average Syns per day: 15.9
- Average Speed foods per day: 15.4
- SP days: 6
- Body Magic days: 5
- Result: +½lb
- Total loss: -4st 10lbs
As ever, of late, I went ever-so-slightly above my Syns, but tried to even things out with plenty of SP days and Body Magic.
I popped on to my own scales before leaving for group and they showed a 1lb gain, so to halve that was pretty satisfactory in the end.
Another good session with my new group – more new faces and more people staying this week.
Football beers and Wimbledon prosecco
I just need to do the best I can over the next seven days. With England playing Germany in the football tonight (and hopefully again in a semi-final on Wednesday night), that’s going to make things tricky as beers will be involved.
I’m also off to Wimbledon on Monday, and that will involve plenty of prosecco. At least all the walking around London will offset some of that damage – and strawberries are a speed food, right?
If I could scrape a maintain on the scales next week, that would be fantastic.
