Week 3 in my Target range – and it’s a new PB
Most people try to maintain their weight when they get into their Target range with Slimming World. But where’s the fun in that?!
My week
- Average Syns per day: 10.3
- Average Speed foods per day: 9
- SP days: 2
- Body Magic days: 5
- Result: -1½lbs
- Total loss: -5st -1½lbs
Super quick update today because it’s a bank holiday weekend and I have fun things to attend to! I also want to fix a mahoosive Slimming World cooked breakfast/brunch to get me through the day.
So, week three at Target and it’s another loss, wiping out last week’s ½lb gain – and then some. A 1½lb loss means I’m 1½lb below Target – but 1½lb above the bottom of my Target range.
As I’ve said in the last couple of posts, I may or may not lower my Target. I’m still not sure – we’ll see. For now, I’m just gonna keep doing what I’ve been doing and see how it goes.
Good to be staying in my Target range
I am pleased to be staying in my Target range, though. I was a little concerned that, once I got to the Target promised land, I may just bounce straight back out of it again – but that’s not happened.
A pretty unremarkable week, hence the short post, but I kept my Syns really low and my Speed foods high. Not so many SP days as usual, but plenty of Body Magic thrown in.
As I say, this is a bank holiday weekend. I’m at the football on Monday and going for my works “Christmas” do on Friday, so I need to be extra careful not to blow it. A few extra beers or glasses of wine here and there could be damaging.
But I’ll be counting the Syns and trying hard to keep the average below 15 over the seven days. It’s just about doable, I think.
