Sugar Pink Food’s Healthy Home Cooking, by Latoyah Egerton, is available in three formats – paperback, hardback and Kindle.
I’ve followed Latoyah on Instagram for ages, and am a big fan of the recipes she posts on social media and her blog, Sugar Pink Food. She’s also great at replying to any queries.
Now she has a book out, which she describes as “entirely my own hard work”.
She says: “I was getting so many requests to bring out a cookbook that I decided to take matters into my own hands and get creating.”
The recipes are Slimming World-friendly but, as ever, you’ll have to work out your own Syns.
Healthy Home Cooking Recipes is broken down into breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
