More batch cooking today, this time using beef. 🥩

I made the Lasagne, recipe from @slimmingeats. This is an old favourite and works out at 1.25 Syns for cornflour plus one HEA for light Mozzarella, Parmesan and a little milk. It's delicious, and I have eight portions. 🍝
.
I made the same amount of Chilli con Carne using a new recipe(for me), from BBC Good Food. This one is Syn-free if use a couple of sweeteners instead of sugar. 🌮
.
So that's 43 portions (including yesterday's chicken day meals) to see me over the next few weeks. Gonna need a bigger freezer. Bring it on! 😋

It's so good - one pack of @vivera_uk Shawarma kebab "meat" (1.5 Syns) with 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce (0.5 Syns), lettuce, onion and tomato (all Speed) and one Warburtons soft pitta (HEB). Two Syns for a stunning kebab that's better than anything you'd get from a takeaway.
