We don’t *do* calories here at Slimming World Secrets. It’s all about the Syns here. I have enough on with counting them and measuring my Healthy Extras.
But, for those of you who do count calories, this book is for you. This is the second book from Pinch of Nom and, unlike most independent recipe books aimed at Slimming World members, these recipes are all under 400 calories. Most similar books aim for up to 500 or 600.

All the dishes are either complete meals, or they have suggested an accompaniment that will still bring the dish under 400 calories.
All the recipes have been tried and tested by the Pinch of Nom army of recipe testers – and you can expect to see tasty, hearty meals such as:
