Slimming Eats has been a favourite among Slimming World members as a blog since 2009.
Now Siobhan Wightman, the woman behind those hundreds of online recipes and thousands of Instagram posts is releasing her first book.
She describes it as containing everyday recipes you will make time and again – “flavourful, simple, slimming and so satisfying”.
Every recipe comes with a nutritional breakdown and calorie count (it’s easy to work out the Syns); pointers for vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free diets; and suggestions for low-calorie sides
Recipes include:

- Cinnamon Sugar Pecan-Baked Bananas with Greek Yoghurt
