I missed my Slimming World Target by ½lb despite doing everything right over the past week. I'm guilt-free. I blame the hamster.

I'm just 4lb from Target but can't seem to shift those final few pounds. Not for the first time, I'm stranded on a Slimming World Plateau.

Another angelic week - but just ½lb off on the scales. I'm in the middle of a Slimming World plateau and I can't seem to get out of it.
